The host greeted us and checked if we needed anything. Parking provided was so helpful. The apartment is outstanding, spacious, comfortable and very clean and modern. Lush carpet in the bedroom, all amenities needed, with individual boxes of cereal, and some biscuits to have with a cuppa when we got there. Lovely and warm and the sofabed in the living area was made up and ready to sleep in. Exceeded our expectations, thanks for a lovely stay!

Only negative (and this is personal to us as we have sensitivities to chemicals) was the plug in air freshener which was overwhelming, but we just plugged it out and opened the windows for a while.

The location was very convenient, and the space was wonderful. There was a selection of tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as some cereal and milk which was helpful. The hosts were very welcoming and very responsive ahead of our visit. They've taken the time to ensure guests have information for travel and eating in the local area.

I didn't realise there wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen until I went to take my contact lenses out before bed, I didn't think to bring my own. Having a fan would have been nice. The lack of one was remedied by opening a few windows, but that did increase the road noise.
