Mixed emotions

Jacuzzi and bed where great Decorum of the room

Entry to the room problems, no reply or contact, luckily other guests we encopuntered that night with the same problem reached the owner so we could actually enter the room after about 35 minutes The shower didn't drain the water what resulted in water overflow and us not being able to use the shower, host then said shower in the jacuzzi 2 hours after checkout through a message on booking.com The toilet stank of sewage. After contacting booking.com we where refunded 22 eur for our troubles... dissepointing. The hotel owner also replied with saying they sent instructions for entering the hotelroom. This is false because they only sent instructions to enter the building. After entering the building you need additional instructions and a code to enter the room. This was neither sent to us and the other guests we encountered that evenening.

Fun stay, however some things need to be improved to be worth the price.

- The place itself is quite unique, if the weather is nice, the rooftop is a very nice place to spend time. - Sauna, Jacuzzi and media systems were all working well. - Very easy to reach and to park - Check-in automated and straighforward

- There were no switches for lights in the upper floors, so every time we wanted to turn on/off lights we had to go downstairs, which was very annoying, especially during the night. - Strong sewage smells coming from the bathroom from time to time. - The bed is quite small on the sides - Cleaning was ok but could be improved (lots of dust, dirty windows) - It can get quite warm on the tower, and there are no windows that can be opened in the bedroom.

Ik heb er enorm van genoten, het is een aanrader.

Supermooi ingericht, zeer luxueus.

De kamer was immens warm. Er werd een ventilator voorzien, maar deze hielp niet. Ook de badkamer rook heel muf. Het is jammer dat er zo weinig stopcontacten waren.

La décoration était superbe

Beaucoup d’éléments étaient cassés. Il n’y avait pas de fond de poubelle. Il n’y avait plus d’électricité. Le cache de la chasse d’eau était cassé. La poignée de la porte extérieure (pour accéder au jacuzzi du haut) était cassée. La porte de la chambre était cassée : nous devions la soulever pour pouvoir l’ouvrir et la fermer.

Eerder inchecken had fijn geweest. Nog kleine puntjes op de i De kamer beter controleren, gordijn zat niet helemaal vast, shampoo en douche gel bij vullen. Enz. Maar al met al, was het goed.

De airconditioning die niet aanwezig was, het ontbijt wat niet voorzien kon worden, de verduistering die niet werkte (hoog gordijn stuk), de onmogelijkheid om de de tweede ongebruikte overnachting terug betaald te krijgen. De luidruchtige ventilator, de onmogelijkheid een raam open te zetten…

Slechtste verblijf ooit!

Zo een mooie locatie, zo een mooi gebouw die ze zo verprutsen... We waren er voor de verjaardag van mijn vriendin maar die is compleet in het water gevallen.

Vooreerst het onveiligheidsgevoel, de deur was opengebroken, betekende dus dat we 2 dagen de woning niet konden verlaten, want we konden niet afsluiten.Jacuzzi op dag 2 leeggelopen.Bestek voor 1 persoon,geen glazen, wel 10 lege dozen voor feest glazen,maar zonder de inhoud, fornuis die niet werkte en wij hadden alles om er een heerlijk feestmaal te bereiden meegenomen,maar konden dus niet koken. Electriciteit kabels die los hangen overal. Overal haren van vorige gasten, trap vuil , wc die lekte.Geen kuisgerief.Het was een ramp.Eigenaar was niet te bereiken, heeft 1 keer geantwoord, eindigde het bericht met' een prettige avond gewenst'😵‍💫 O ja , sorry , de dag erop heeft ze/hij wel een trekker en dweil en een extra vork klaargezet in alle stilte, durfde haar of zijn hoofd niet te tonen. We zijn er nog altijd niet van bekomen.

Aangenaam verblijf

Leuk concept, mooi ingericht met chillhoekjes, ideaal om te ontspannen. Dakterras met jacuzzi en view is een pluspunt! Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Veel info en vriendelijk via mail.

Benauwd en warm, airconditioning leek niet (naar behoren) aanwezig. Kookplaat werkte niet, waardoor we ons ontbijt niet konden klaarmaken (kregen flesje ter compensatie). Andere kleine mankementen die je voor die prijs wel in orde verwacht, zeker aangezien ze al meermaals vermeld werden in vorige reviews (knellende deur, geen water aanwezig, geurende wc)

Génial

La vue et l’établissement est incroyable. Un bain génial, le jacuzzi qui est bien chaud sur le roof top toute la journée et nuit. Une expérience à faire car c’était incroyable et inoubliable.

Au sujet de l’établissement j’aurais préféré qu’on puisse arriver la bas plutôt que 17h. Au sujet de certain objet, il y a deux ou trois objet qui ne fonctionne pas ou cassé. Pour finir, demander des informations était impossible car je tombais à chaque fois sur une messagerie.

Ambiance intimiste et chaleureuse. Logement bien entretenu, vue très agréable, accès autonome super clair et facile. Communication fluide et très complète avant et pendant le séjour.

Détail mineur : nous aurions apprécié plus d’assises (par exemple un petit canapé ou un second fauteuil), plutôt qu’un seul fauteuil une place.

Mooie locatie, teleurstellende faciliteiten

Uitzicht

Naast het natte vasttapijt voor de frigo en de halfvolle fles Martini, hebben we nog enkele opmerkingen die het verblijf voor toekomstige gasten aangenamer zouden maken. - reservatie: er werd ons een kortingscode voorgesteld die niet werkte bij de afrekening - systeem voor verlichting en screens werkte niet goed en was redelijk wispelturig. In de ‘handleiding’ stond dat er ook in de slaapkamer een tablet was om de lichten en screens te bedienen, maar dat was niet het geval. - Douche: 1. met de regendouche op die plek in de kamer en zonder afsluiting, is het moeilijk om de ruimte droog te houden, 2. de shampoo, douchegel en conditioner zijn niet van elkaar te onderscheiden. Een label op die busjes zou niet overbodig zijn. 3. Het wisselen tussen regendouche en douchekop is erg moeilijk. - de wc spoelde ‘s ochtends zo goed als niet door. - in de trappenhal was zo goed als niet verlicht, da’s gevaarlijk. Hopelijk kunnen jullie met deze informatie wat verbeteringen aanbrengen en hebben de andere gasten zo een ontspannend verblijf. Met vriendelijke groeten Reinout

L idée est très bonne mais non aboutie

L idée d un hôtel dans cette tour est génial.

Porte de la chambre fracturé, chasse des toilettes cassée, la trappe pour accéder au balcon bancale et dangereuse. Poubelle pas vidée, machine à café ne fonctionne pas. Entretien laissé à désire , morceau de verre cassé dans les escaliers...

Het was ontzettend warm benauwd en donker binnen , onprettig om te slapen! Ook de vloerbedekking was erg oud en stoffig .

Hébergement avec du potentiel et une très bonne literie. Facile d'accès. Livret d’activités bien fait. Frigo bien garni, ce qui devient rare;

La propreté, Ménage pas ou peu fait à notre arrivée. Bricolage encore en cours. On aurait aimé être prévenu de la situation. Attention aux photos avec un grand angle, elle peuvent parfois réserver des surprises.

Le confort des installations, notamment le jacuzzi extérieur installé sur le rooftop offrant une vue panoramique à 360 degrés et un coucher de soleil à couper le souffle — une rareté en Belgique ! Le bar à disposition, la propreté impeccable, la gentillesse de l’hôte, le service bien être, ainsi qu’un parking sécurisé et discret, complètent parfaitement l’expérience. Un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer en couple.

Fantastisch om even weg te zijn.

Fantastische, ruime duplex, voorzien van alle luxe. Vooraf heel vlotte communicatie met de verhuurder met betrekking tot de self check-in. Alles staat heel helder beschreven in een online documentje. In de kamer (studio) zelf is het echt geniet van de rust, de luxe en het uitzicht. Ik reisde voor het werk, maar op deze manier voelde ik mij tussen 2 werkdagen er gewoon even tussenuit. Voor het ontbijt had ik vroeger moeten reserveren, dat hou ik voor een volgende keer tegoed.
