Good location and ample parking at the back (you need to pay but easy thru the app). The place is walking distance to the street markets and eateries. Staff were very friendly and answer all queries patiently. The cleaning lady is wonderful as she really keeps the place very hygienic. A good place for a 3 night stay if you're spending most of the time out. From the renovation, looks like it is new so that's a bonus.

The walls are perhaps thin so you can hear people talking or laughing when they're in the corridor which can be annoying especially at night when you're trying to sleep. The toilet and bathroom is one and rather small so the shower actually sprays over the toilet bowl. So you need to do adjustments as you shower. No fridge in room so you need to go to pantry and put things in the freezer so don't bring anything that needs to be refrigerated.
