Not enough glasses No bread knife Very temperamental tv in lounge. ? Due to wifi connection. Sporadic WiFi connection so wouldn’t play Netflix without glitch and ‘Wayne’ logged onto itv x so couldn’t use that app or any other app such as more 4 or iPlayer Tv in bedroom worked fine.

The apartment is located in a quiet, residential area of Norwich, convenient for the railway station and retail park.

The address shown for the apartment is incorrect, and is still showing incorrectly on Booking.com, even though I advised the person I spoke to on the phone, when I couldn't find the property! The apartment itself is pleasant, but for a so called brand new letting, it is a little rough around the edges, and would benefit from a thorough clean. There is a skylight in the bedroom which has no blind or covering, so as soon as dawn arrives, the room is lit up, and sleep time is over. Also, there is no covering for the glass in the front door, so when you're sitting in the room at night, people can look through and see you (this did happen!). I had to make a temporary cover using a bin bag. The kitchen is satisfactory, but I was disappointed with the cutlery. For a newly refurbished apartment, I would expect new and matching cutlery, but no, a Mish mash of different types was provided, in varying states of cleanliness. Finally, the apartment would benefit from the addition of a dining table, as the couch is the only seating available, and it is far too low to sit and eat at. There is enough space for this to be added.
