It was in great area of town just 10 mins from the train station

Excellent location. Good price.

Property generally tired and needed redecoration in places. Generally clean inside but very dusty and lacked storage in bedrooms and shower-room, including hanging space/ hooks on doors. Mattresses beyond their 'use-by' date, some towels stained by bleach and twin room carpet stained in places. Kitchen bin had no lid and there were no window coverings in the dining room, kitchen or (downstairs) bathroom. Kettle leaked as poured from. Door to 'bathroom' didn't close properly. Basin tap hard to press and keep on. Insufficient water pressure for shower unless hand-held (- although I was told that boiler was due a service). Rear garden particularly unkempt and uninviting. 'Very' dead plants in a wall container, (- just needs disposing of) alot of weeds (front and back) and bird droppings and feathers all over the garden chair seats (which could have been stored tilted to prevent this).

They were so kind as there was football to let us check in early. The location is brilliant as is walking distance to the stadium plus not much further for the riverside shopping and restaurants, and even to the train station. The place was lovely, comfortable, clean and served us well for what we needed.

I would just say that is perhaps getting a little run down in places and that the beds in the spare room feel a bit fragile for any adults to sleep on. As I spilled a bit of coke in my bag and had to wash it and get it drying outside I have to say that if you wanted to enjoy the garden it would have need it a little bit of spider web cleaning around the sitting areas too.

Excellent location. It was well appointed and clean.

There was nothing we didn’t like. It probably requires a little TLC, as a few things are looking a little tied.
