Property ok for short stay.

Location and price was the reason of stay otherwise wouldn’t again.

One of the sofas was very uncomfortable and wouldn’t managed more than 2 nights. Was very surprised to see mice traps. Appartement wasn’t cleaned on arrival but was quickly sorted.

We had a good stay at this apartment in Paris! 🇫🇷 The location couldn’t be better — just a couple of minutes from the metro, yet peacefully tucked away in a quiet courtyard 🌿. It was calm and charming. The apartment is spacious (for Paris!), clean, and equipped enough. It’s not luxurious, but everything worked well and felt comfortable — no bad smells, no mold, just a fresh and cozy atmosphere. 🧼🛋️ We’re especially grateful to Sarah, who was amazing — super responsive, warm, and helpful 💬❤️. Her quick support with check-in and our luggage made things so easy. Merci, Sarah! 🙏

Sehr zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung, schönes Haus, überhaupt kein Straßenlärm hörbar

Nicht wirklich sauber (z.B. Fleck auf dem Sofa(siehe Bild), Betten/Schlafsofas eher unbequem, Abfluss ist nur sehr schlecht abgelaufen, Wlan hat nicht funktioniert, Vermieter:in hat auf die Nachfrage nach dem Wlan und dem Abfluss nicht reagiert

A szállás elhelyezkedése, a bejutás információi, a szállás tisztasága, mérete, felszereltsége mind szuper volt.

Az az egy dolog nem hogy kizárólag egy felületen voltak hajlandóak megküldeni az információkat a bejutáshoz, ami nem állt a rendelkezésünkre- így egy ismerős segítségével sikerült csak ez. És sok idő volt a válaszadás.

Good Location (and that’s all)

La localisation The location

L’endroit n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Il n’y avait pas de wifi. On nous a apporté un routeur le lendemain. De plus, l’évier de la cuisine ne s’écoulait pas et nous devions faire la vaisselle dans la salle de bain. Ils l’ont réparé quelques heures avant le check-out, et l’ouvrier a laissé tout le sol de l’appartement dans un état lamentable. Pas bien. ——————- The place wasn’t very clean when we arrived. There was no Wi-Fi. They brought us a router the next day. Also, the kitchen sink was clogged, so we had to wash the dishes in the bathroom. They fixed it a few hours before check-out, and the maintenance guy left the entire apartment floor in a mess. Not good.

A fuir malgré le bon emplacement.

l’emplacement

La propriétaire le loue pour 6 personnes mais seuls 4 couchages étaient prévus (4 coussins, 2 couettes, 2 draps housses,4 chaises). Je n’ai pas vérifié les ustensiles de cuisine car nous y avons passé qu’1 nuit car pas très propre et surtout nous avons passé 1 si mauvaise nuit sur les couchages que nous avons préféré quitter les lieux après la première nuit désastreuse. J’ai averti la propriétaire mais elle a daigné me répondre que lorsque je lui ai écrit que nous partions et seulement pour se couvrir aupres de booking avec des formules toutes faites. Je lui ai envoyé des dizaines de photos pour chaque remarque que je lui ai faite, photos et messages qu’elle a bien consultés mais sans me proposer 1 solution ni même s’excuser. Inadmissible. Très décevant surtout lorsque l’annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité. Elle a refusé 1 remboursement partiel pour les nuits non utilisées. Le canapé depliable est si peu confortable que nous avons du rembourer avec des serviettes pour avoir moins mal.ca n’a pas servi, on a pris le sous matelas du seul véritable lit. Au final le lit avait 1 trou au milieu. Je ne recommanderai surtout pas son logement. Le site ne me permet pas de poster plus de photos mais chaque critique peut être justifiée de photos et vidéos tellement l’annonce est mensongère.la propriétaire est de mauvaise foi car malgré les photos datées avec l’heure de prise de photo, elle niait et m’envoyait sans cesse le même texte bien formel du site booking.
