2 minutes from La Défense - Ideal for 6 Guests

The door lock quite simply needs to be replaced. We don’t need a video showing us how to operate a key, they need to supply a lock that is not literally broken. I got trapped inside the apartment 2 times. Also, they do not respond to calls, what’s app calls or texts or to email. Completely unresponsive.

Very spacious. Good price. Well furnished. All facilities. Easy access to check in. Perfect communication. Great location. 7mins walk from the station.

Coffee machine provided but no coffee pods or sugar.

Location is nice and quiet. Less than 10 minutes walk to La Defense station. Room was clean. 2 proper bedrooms, Large flat screen TV. Big windows in all rooms. Check in was smooth. Beds were comfortable.

This property could do much better if they put a little more thought and care in organising this awesome place. For example - There is a dishwasher - but the plates are oversized and won't fit in it! We had to handwash all our dishes. Wash up liquid was also available in a very limited quantity. There is a coffee machine - but no coffee cartridges. Fully fitted kitchen - but no kitchen tissue, towels, salt or sugar. Clean bathroom - but no soap or shampoo (we found the soap inside a kitchen drawer later). No towel rack or soap stand. There is a cloth dryer - not working. Looks like it has a broken latch (we chose this property particularly for having a cloth dryer shown in the photos). Car access to the building is not available for the guests. Luggage has to be moved from the barricade at the gate to the building entrance (around 100m). No parking available for guests on the premise. But there is public parking right next to the building. It was particularly hot in Paris during our stay (max 30-32 degree Celsius). Night sleep wasn't very good despite having good matresses. Having AC or fan could have made it a bit more comfortable. What we didn't like the most is the lack of response from the host. They did not respond at all to our request for a fan or fixing the dryer. At least apology could have been a good gesture. There were a few rolls of toilet tissues available. If the host is not responding in time, even toilet tissue could become a serious issue, considering the property claims to be good for 6 people. If they take these suggestions seriously and do something about it, it'll definitely enhance the guest experience.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet appartement magnifique, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Les deux chambres et le canapé-lit offrent beaucoup de confort. Un endroit idéal pour se sentir comme chez soi, nous le recommandons vivement !

Le seul petit défaut est la porte, qui était un peu difficile à ouvrir et à fermer. Pour le reste, tout était parfait.

La ubicación y la limpieza

Justo cambiaron la cerradura. Tuvimos problemas para entrar, 1 hora intentado hasta que pedimos ayuda a un vecino. Luego, vinieron los propietarios y estuvieron pendiente de la cerradura. Fueron atentos en ese sentido.

Problème de serrure, avec une clé ne permettant pas de déverrouiller la porte sans batailler. Problème remonté à l’organisme de gestion, resté plusieurs fois sans réponse et sans considération. Nécessité d’appeler directement le propriétaire, car nous avons été bloqués à de nombreuses reprises à l’extérieur pendant >40min, et une fois bloqués à l’intérieur pendant > 20min. Promesse de passage d’un serrurier le 16 septembre 2025 par l’organisme de gestion, le 19 septembre 2025 lors de notre départ le serrurier n’était toujours pas passé.

Un emplacement idéal à juste 2 minutes de marche de La Défense.
