The property has character, loved the layout and reading the story around the refurbishment. My two year old celebrated his 2nd birthday and he had a lovely time exploring the toys which was a nice touch!
There is an allotment at the side of the building which can have busy traffic, the gate is quite loud but I’m sure if someone oiled it, the issue would subside. The bins were nearly full when we arrived which meant we had to leave some recycling on the side which we felt bad about. I can see it’s a popular accommodation so would suggest ordering more bins for the home.

Myself ,sister and brother-in-law traveled to visit our family and were delighted with the house and location.
There was nothing we didn't like . And would definitely use like to book again in future.

House was off Grimsby Road with plenty of buses into town, otherwise 20 min walk into Cleethorpes. Having two parking spaces was great. The beds were very comfy and everywhere was clean. We loved the colourful decoration of the house and its wall art. We hope to stay again next year.

The house was brilliant. Beautifully decorated with high quality facilities. The beds were comfy. The kitchen facilities are great. It had a dishwasher which wasn’t included in the listing. So that what a welcome surprise. The smaller details were even considered such as a lighter to help light the BBQ. We wanted for nothing.
I’m struggling here. Maybe that there was only one tea towel. Honestly. Not one thing we didn’t like.
