J’ai aimé l’emplacement et la propreté du logement
Très petit pas d’espace extérieur. J’y suis resté une semaine avec une amie et j’ai trouvé qu’il y avait des choses qui manquait. Des verres à vins ( boire le vin dans des verres à eau c’est pas top) grillé pain trop petit impossible de mettre du pain dedans. Couteaux qui ne coupe pas.

Très bon emplacement géographique
le petit studio est certes tout neuf et tout propre, mais pas toujours pratique. Il manque des possibilité de rangement et la salle de bain est très exiguë . La communication avec la propriétaire n'était pas toujours évidente (toujours par Internet) car elle nous demandait des documents par Internet. Or on était déjà en voyage et c'était un peu compliqué de les fournir en route. On aurait préféré de fournir tous les documents nécessaires au moment de la réservation.

La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de lo más importante de Úbeda, pero muy tranquilo. Estaba todo nuevo, limpio y tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos cápsulas de café, e infusiones.
No entiendo la razón por la que no hay lámparas en las mesillas. En cuanto a la cama, para mí era dura la y me hubiera gustado que hubiera dos almohadas y no solo una. El baño es muy pequeño.
