Flòris Luxury Apartment NEW

Our family had a wonderful stay in Florence. From the very beginning, the hosts were always available and responsive, and Rony gave us a very warm welcome. He explained all the amenities in the apartment and even gave us a guidebook to Florence. The apartment is beautiful, recently renovated, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent — everything is within easy walking distance. We are very happy that we chose to stay here and would gladly recommend this place to others.

From the very beginning Francesca and Rony were amazing hosts. Rony greeted us at the property and assisted us with bringing our luggage up to the apartment and provided us with a very detailed tour guide document that outlined all the best places to eat and see in Florence. Both of them were extremely responsive and lovely to communicate with. The apartment itself was probably the nicest accommodation that I've ever stayed in, and was an extremely reasonable price for what it was. I'd consider this apartment more comfortable than my own and the location is ideal within walking distance to the city centre and main train station in Florence. The apartment looks brand new and freshly renovated with all the bells and whistles. Shower and bathroom were top notch and exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the city. If you're staying in Florence for only a couple of days or a few weeks, you won't find an accommodation as good as this one at this price point. Extremely good value for money and I would recommend everyone I know to stay here if they had the chance. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Il nostro soggiorno al Floris Luxury è stato davvero perfetto. Rony ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza, dandoci consigli utili per muoverci a Firenze, e Francesca, la proprietaria, è stata sempre super disponibile e premurosa. L’appartamento è nuovo, pulitissimo e curato, dotato di ascensore e situato in un parco molto ben tenuto. La zona è tranquilla e sicura anche la sera, e il centro si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Un alloggio confortevole e ben posizionato. Consigliatissimo!
