Central Queenstown Garden apt just steps to town

Perfect location with central QT just a 5 minute walk away.

Loved every minute

Living area very comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Liked the outside garden areas. Liked the lift-easy access. Kitchen very good

Thought there was a water view-nil. Inside photographs in Bookit.com show Peppers rooms, and not the garden suites. Bedrooms very small. No room for luggage. Walls, paint very damaged. Bathroom vanity desperately needs replacing - wood rotting. Outside seating also needs complete replacing severly torn. Severe lack of communication. Host would not answer basic questions which was extremely stressful; despite asking repeatedly; felt I had to beg for an answer over and over.

Spacious and nice location, not in the most touristy spot, but easy walk to everywhere

Not so easy to find, it’s within a condo bldg by the name of Peppers and this was not mentioned in the directions

Finding it very very cold. I expected a heatpump when it said Air conditioning on the site but it is basically a panel heater down one end of the apartment. Was able to find a fan heater which helped. Don't expect an array of coffee or tea and definitely not sugar as there was none. Lots of noise from other apartments and could hear toilet being flushed throughout the night as the water went past our bedroom wall. Wouldn't stay again if I had another option.
