Good accessibility for my elderly mum with lifts to street level.
Car park spot was a little tight which made getting in and put a little hard. Some of the kitchen items were placed up on high shelves - not great for short folk!

The location is great. Quick, flat walk into town. View of the Remarkables from the living room and patio is fabulous. Kitchen had the basics we needed for our family of 4 and meant we didn't need to eat out for every meal.
No windows or natural light in bedrooms was the only negative but not really a problem. Makes for a good night's sleep at least.

Location was great
There was a loud running water sound from back bedroom. Which was loud enough to keep my daughter and myself awake at night. Both bedrooms had no windows. Bathroom looked like it had water damage recently.
