Costa Cliff

Un accueil chaleureux et j'ai eu de l'aide durant mon séjour pour trouver un service de nettoyage et pour réserver le taxi. Très bien situé, proche de la promenade du front de mer et suffisamment près (3 km) de la gare pour visiter les alentours en train.

Propriétaire sympathique, établissement très bien placé par rapport à tous les restaurants et à la plage, possibilité de se faire à la cuisine, bon rapport qualité prix

La guest house se trouve à un carrefour et bien que ce soient de toutes petites rues, c'est un peu bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin

We stayed here for 2 nights. It’s a decent property, 5 minutes walk from varkala cliff. The guys who run the place are super friendly and really went out of their way helping us sort transport to Munroe Island when we left. The bed sheets looked new and clean and the bed was comfortable and medium firm. I really appreciated a blanket rather than just a sheet to sleep under. The ceiling fan worked really well. There was a little seating area out the front and a big sofa in the hallway. There is a drying line on a terrace upstairs and a fridge in the communal area you can use. Good budget accommodation considering we booked when the price dropped.

We were on the ground floor with our room facing the entrance/road. The property is on a busy corner so it was quite noisy during the day/evening but quiet while we were sleeping. The curtains were very thin and there was no frosting on the glass so we had to be careful getting changed. The floor/bed was really clean but the walls were weirdly dirty. I assumed it was scratches/ marks but then I wiped the wall with my hand while in the shower to find it was dirt that easily rubbed off, just no one had. There were quite a few little cobwebs around the room, no hooks to hang laundry and no kettle.
