Bodhi garden villa in varkala

The highlight of our trip was the incredibly friendly host. He kindly accommodated an early check-in when we arrived in Varkala ahead of schedule, and was just as understanding with a late check-out when we ran into some unexpected delays. The property is exceptionally well-maintained and comes fully equipped with all the amenities you’d need for a staycation with friends or family—we only had to bring our own groceries! A huge plus for us was the freedom to party late into the night without any noise restrictions. To top it all off, the location is very close to the beach. Highly recommended!

The interior decoration and garden was nice

Price was too high just for stay. Also location was not near any view points or shops.

A little bit of rain and you feel like you're in the middle of a rain forest. The place felt magical.

The absence of power backup, and the mandatory maintenance power cut on the day i was staying..

They have maintained the garden really well, good place to chill out and spend time. House is considerably clean and well maintained.

There were no toiletries provided. No towels provided as well. The kitchen is just a decorative thing, nothing actually works in kitchen. They have a gas stove which doesn't have a gas connection. There are dead cockroaches and grasshoppers near the stove. There are not many places to eat near by. Very difficult to get autos or anything to travel from there. Though we stayed there, owner cancelled the booking by mentioning 'no show' and now I pay for that. One can get definitely better places than this one.
