The Villa has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and air conditioner. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped well with gas cooker, fridge and all your cooking needs. The owners were wonderful and went out of their way to help and assist us, very communicative and kind. The Villa is in a quiet friendly area.
Could use a fan at the kitchen and maybe more cooling for the living room. The House is 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and its very hot walking in kerala. We solved it by hiring scooters. There was hot water only in one of the bathrooms, but with the heat, it's wasn't a huge problem.
