New 4.5 BR Modern Home in Clyde, Victoria

Everything was good overall. Owner, Maha was friendly and helpful. Heaps of kitchenware to use. The 4 bedrooms were very handy if you have a lot of people with you. Spacious enough that you dont feel cramped with a lot of people in the house. There's the main living room and a smaller room off it also. Shared bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Shared toilet stands alone and also has a hose to wash. Main bedroom has an ensuite,very nice for privacy. It also has a huge king bed,with a very firm and thick mattress. Place was as described and photos are accurate. It also had 4 couches that could become sofa beds. A/C was throughout all the rooms which helped in the cold mornings. Most supplies were provided..but ..

Nothing. Just a few things I would do differently if I was the owner. Curtains on windows. Better water pressure (ensuite shower). I dont know about the other bathroom? I'd have inside locks on each door for added security/privacy. Wardrobe in ensuite was spacious but needed more shelves and hangers to place things on. Make sure the supplies offered are enough for the amount of people staying and the duration ie:toilet paper,towels, cleaning supplies etc. Pillows and doona was very thin,not so comfy. Luckily we had the A/C (heater) to help us stay warm. No extra blankets available. Needs more forks in the kitchen. Heaps of cutlery but only about 4 forks and some are dessert forks. Needed a few tea towels to dry dishes. Yes there was a dishwasher/paper towels but a few towels would have helped. A house guide to inform guests on house running, ie : where are the bins? When do the bins get put out? What to do on the last day, if anything? Etc. Sofa beds/.Couches could have been a bit more comfy as well. Maybe a more padded couch that converts to a sofa bed or just have a sofa set in the main living room and the sofa beds can be just in the 2nd living room? Dining table was nice and strong,but the wooden seats could have done with some added cushions. Very difficult to sit on the wooden chairs for a long period.

I failed to connect to the TV but all other things were so exceptional

Modern look, comfortable and great location.

No dryer.
