Newly built in a new estate in Beaconsfield. A cosy, newly built home in the beautiful suburb of Beaconsfield, just a 5 minute drive to Berwick Village and Wilson's botanical gardens. Not far from Gumbaya Park, the Dandenong ranges, Lysterfield & Emerald lakes, country towns- Warragul, Yarragon, Trafalgar and the list goes on. Not far from the freeway and Princess highway...2 to 3 minute drive.

Very nice place to stay in for few days. Just lacking few essential stuff and missing items from the listing. Otherwise, clean and have ample space to do basic work.
