The accommodation itself was pleasant, with modern amenities and a comfortable interior.
The rear courtyard could benefit from some maintenance and improvement.
The booking experience was difficult. As a company that manages a portfolio of short-stay properties, I expected a clearer understanding of their obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and Booking.com’s assistance animal policy. I was required to follow up and clarify these requirements prior to arrival, which created unnecessary stress.
Improved awareness and adherence to these obligations would greatly enhance the experience for guests travelling with assistance animals.

Limited selection of cookware, lawns and gardens require extra attention and maintenance to further enhance the property.
