Cute little place at French Island. Perfect if you like wildlife, and peace and quiet.

The “Stables” accomodation was expansive, it had a huge lounge room and big kitchen dinning area. The bedroom was also spacious. The staff at the General Store were super friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We sincerely appreciated the personal must see map that we made for us.
The shower was a bit odd and I would have loved a mirror in the bathroom/shower room.

Very quaint and plenty of space. Remote but beautiful quite location
There is a BBQ but the store was lacking groceries & nowhere else to shop. Property was not properly cleaned. Lack of heating. Store advertised as opening 8.30am didn’t open until 9am and had no food for breakfast. Nothing to do on the island
