The property was larger than expected. The pictures did not do justice. The place is a gem. The rooms are large, there are ample closet spaces. It boasts a rooftop that catches all the ocean breeze. Hammocks are there too. Everything was neat and clean.
The shared pool was the only issue. Because downstairs is rented separately, how does one separate pool time when both parties are paying for the pool. We didn’t run into issues but it can be an issue on hot days.

The property was exactly as advertised. The location was ideal, very close to supermarket. The home was everything we anticipated for my family. The pool was relaxing, the ambience in the pool area was very nice. Ambience even nicer at night when the lights come on in the pool area. We had a BBQ and had a great time. The living space was also great. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed. Secured parking. The owner Miss Carola was amazing from our first contact during securing the property until our check-out. The pool and pool area was cleaned every morning and ready for use.Mr Alex was available to answer any questions promptly.
There was nothing negative.
