Can’t be better located, a few steps from a car parking, 5mn walk to the beach in the historic center. Appartement felt like a 5* hotel!

Wifi password wasn’t available. Contacted the hosts to ask for it and never received an answer, so communication isn’t the best!

Lovely clean and modern apartment. Situated directly adjacent to the old town and a 10 minute stroll to the beach. Lots of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars all nearby. Underground car park in the square that the apartment is located in. Good internet with Smart TV. Very convenient and comfortable. The outdoor terrace was a nice extra. There is no lift, but the apartment is on the first floor.

Unfortunately the apartment is located above a noisy bar, such that you cannot hear the TV in the evening. Thankfully the bar seems to close at midnight so you do end up sleeping! There was an electric socket that needed sorting (hanging out the wall) but this appeared cosmetic rather than dangerous. The car park costs 3 Euros a day, not 1 Euro as advertised. You have to move the car every 48 hours or the tariff increases. Having said that 3 Euros is very reasonable.

Sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet in exzellenter Lage in Estepona. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Fußgängerzone, Strand und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und ein sehr schöner und belebter Platz direkt vor der Tür. In der Wohnung hört man davon aber wenig. Eigentlich bräuchte man hier kein Auto, wenn man eines hat, kann man es in der Tiefgarage neben der Wohnung abstellen, wenn man einen Platz abbekommt, was schon mal ein wenig dauern kann. Einfach abwarten. Allerdings sollte man nach weniger als 48 Stunden einmal raus- und wieder reinfahren, sonst wird es teuerer (pro Tag 16,-€ derzeit). So zahlt man nur den normalen Tagespreis, je nach Zeiten max 7,- € für bis zu 48 Std.) Angenehm war die Kaffeemaschine in der Wohnung, die mit jeder Nespresso kompatiblen Kapsel guten Kaffe machte , sowie der Geschirrspüler.
