Apartamento LaViu 2B by Croma

We arrived early and were allowed access as there had been no one staying the previous night . I know that can’t often happen but we really appreciated it - thank you . Location - seafront with the old town and its amenities right behind us . View over the beach and a lovely beach bar - great food . Lovely well equipped apartment- new ish with all the amenities that we required. Mercadona a short walk away .

All good- the only thing that others may not like - some noise at night from bin wagons etc . Didn’t bother us .

Als ik dan 1 ding moet verzinnen , zou het fijn zijn geweest als er een mapje met tips aanwezig zou zijn. De receptie van t hotel waar de appartementen bij horen zijn 24/7 dus daar kan je terecht met al je vragen!

Location, modern, comfortable and well equipped

May I suggest a ‘starter pack’ would have been welcome? There were just 2 small bottles of water in the fridge and could have done with a few more basic items - especially for guests arriving late when shops are closed?

24hr manned reception had no one there at 3pm on arrival with a note back in 10 mins waited 20 mins for lady to come down street.not a good welcome.

only 1 wine glass in a 4 person apartment and no corkscrew was told to go next doir to a restaurant to open battle of wine.They did give us a corkscrew the next day.On day of arrival the en suite shower flooded the bathroom went and asked for help young man cine and helped lifted drain with screw driver to reveal unclean drain blocked with hair. Picture on web shows nice balcony furniture but we had to uncomfortable metal chairs and a table .Only twin beds in both rooms.The apartment is on a road running in front before the beach Broken light fitting in lounge and remote control left without battery Light bulb blown in bedside laml and left they really need decent maintenance. Also no supplies left no coffee,sugar,salt etc
