Ligging en grootte appartement uitstekend, maar uitrusting en service beheerder ver onder de maat.

De grootte van het appartement en de ligging

Ten eerste war er geen ligbad hoewel drie keer vermeld in de informatie (voor ons was dat overigens geen probleem). Ten tweede was er veel te weinig equipment: nauwelijks glaswerk, geen kopjes, geen wasteil of stop voor de gootsteen, geen hand/thee/vaatdoeken, geen afwasborstel, geen wc-papier etc., geen vergiet, geen stofzuiger (wel hulpstukken). Ten derde was de afvoer van de douche op de tweede badkamer stuk, waardoor er een rioolstank hing. Ten vierde zou men de informatie op de website aanpassen, onmiddellijk de douche repareren en dan het ontbrekende serviesgoed brengen. Dit is allemaal niet gebeurd.

No tenía ningún tipo de trapo , ni estropajo ni utensilio para limpiar lo más básico, la alarma por humo , saltaba a la mínima, la caja de llaves estaba en una barandilla a la altura del suelo , la encontramos con orina de perro un asco .

Centraal gelegen, schoon & ruim opgezet.

Nadeel is dat je niet met de auto voor de deur kan komen. Hou hier rekening mee bij het brengen van je bagage. Ook heeft de douche weinig kracht.

De locatie was echt perfect.

Het begon met een vrijwel onmogelijke speurtocht naar de sleutel van het appartement. Die zat in een sleutelbox aan een hekje 2 straten verderop ! Basic verzorging maakt dat we dit appartement, ondanks de super locatie, als matig beoordelen. Voor 3 toiletten was bij 1 toilet 1,5 velletje toiletpapier aanwezig, de andere 2 toiletten hadden niks. Toezegging om 1 rol (!) extra te bezorgen werd niet nagekomen. Normaal heb je in zo'n appartement wat thee, wat koffie, een zeepblokje, afwasmiddel, vaatdoek, soms zelfs iets in de douche. NIKS hiervan was aanwezig. Dat heb ik maar zelden meegemaakt bij het huren van een appartement. 1 doucheputje was verstopt, zodat de badkamer na 1 douchebeurt vol water stond. Hygiëne liet ook te wensen over. Appartement was zeker niet superschoon en een nieuwe waterkoker kan geen kwaad.

Buen apartamento

Era un apartamento bastante nuevo y cómodo. Lo que más nos gustó fue que tenía 2 baños y un aseo, lo que hacía que fuese mejor la estancia.

Los baños no estaban muy limpios, sobre todo uno de ellos, tuvimos que comprar un producto y bayeta para desinfectar. El telefonillo estaba averiado, lo que hablábamos arriba se escuchaba todo abajo, se lo dijimos al arrendador y nos dijo que iría a arreglarlo, pero no fue.
