Space. Well cared for..
Only one fan. Didn’t need big duvet it was too hot. Thin duvet would be nice add and an extra fan.

Perfect location for walking on the beach and as a base for exploring the East Riding. The house was bright, clean and comfy with everything you'd need for a week away. Especially liked the enclosed outside space (not many like this at The Bay), although the weather was a bit changeable to we didn't get to use it much but great for those travelling with dogs. Lesley was a great host and gave us all the info we'd need for our stay including info on how to use the EV charger, which was painless. Our second time at The Bay but our favourite accommodation, would definitely book again.
