Bigger than expected

Pool was small and cold

The complex its self is kept in pristine condition. To say how large it is, it was really quiet. The house was great. Comfortable & large enough for 6 adults. Had all the equipment we needed. Heating was good as we went in October. Didn't use the facilities pass so can't really comment.

The small single beds. OK for children but as all adults in our party struggled with the size. Also the 2 singles in the smallest room had lumpy mattresses. When striped the bed on leaving they were both badly stained. Perhaps use a mattress protector when or if they are replaced.

Really nice spacious and accommodating us all in nice size bedrooms and lounge area.

Would have been nice to have a afew toiletries ie. Some more toilet paper & soap.

We've been to the bay resort many times so we knew what to expect

We though that the instructions for when to enter and leave the property were way too strict and especially after paying over a thousand pounds for just 3 nights. There was no budging from the owners at all in relation to an early check in. The property itself was in a good location but was slightly disappointed with the overall condition. The ceiling above the kitchen has been re-painted in patches, prob because of a leak and I'm guessing that they didn't use quite the correct color as the patches stand out. One of the kitchen cupboard doors was slightly hanging off + one of the fridges water retaining tray was full of old mis-coloured water. Some of the staircase and wall have been battered by previous guests by the looks of them. I didnt check every bathroom but the shower head in the master bedroom en-suit looks like its either been off or ready to come off. I don't normally complain TBH but after spending like I said earlier, over a thousand pounds for 3 nights I did expect better. I'll finish by saying that I would stay again but the price needs to be reduced to match the condition.
