Top ligging, leuk appartement, airco zeker een pluspunt, behulpzame en vriendelijke host

Het was niet echt proper, de lakens van de vorige bezoekers lagen nog op de bedden… probleem is wel direct verholpen na telefonisch contact. De nieuwe poetsdienst is zeker geen aanrader

The apartment is in a central area of Breda, around a 10-minute walk from the lively heart of the city, where most of the shops, restaurants, and cafés are located. An Albert Heijn supermarket is also about a 5-minute walk away. Check-in was easy and convenient, and the host was always available and easy to contact. The interior is nicely decorated, comfortable, and well divided into separate areas. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, wine cooler, and stove. The cooking equipment is quite basic, but it was enough for a short stay. The bedrooms are on the third floor. We stayed as a family of four, and the second bedroom had two separate queen-size beds, which were perfect for our two sons, aged 18 and 16. They both slept very comfortably. One of the best things about the apartment is that there is air conditioning in every room, including the hallway. This made the apartment very comfortable during summer.

There are steep stairs as soon as you enter the apartment, which is quite typical for Dutch houses. However, carrying large or heavy luggage up to the second and third floors can be difficult, so it is something to keep in mind. We decided to leave our suitcases on the second floor and unpack there, rather than carrying everything up to the bedrooms. We only took the clothes upstairs and put them in the wardrobes. The kitchen is functional, but the cooking equipment is limited.

Közel volt minden. A fürdőszoba nagyon szép és jó volt. A hálószobában az agyak kényelmesek.

A konyhában voltak piszkos poharak, tányérok, kanalak. A konyha/nappali még lámpafényben is nagyon sötét volt. Az egyik ágynak el volt törve az alja (jelen esetben mi ezt nem használtuk). Segítség lenne ha fel lenne sorolva: tusfürdő, sampon nincs - mert sok más helyen, alacsonyabb értékelés mellett is van. Cukor is szokott lenni, legalább annyi, hogy minden napra jusson 1-1 mindenkinek.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city but a quieter area. Lovely neighbourhood.

Many of the facilities were broken which showed a lack of attention to detail: dishwasher tablet drawer broken, living room blind broken, bedroom aircon batteries flat, bedside light broken, lumpy pillows, stained sheets. Hosts offered to change some things but they should have been working at time of check in.
