Perfect holiday place in NL

Perfectly located cottages where you can find peace and quiet, whether on vacation or in the evenings after a long day at work. Friendly service and excellent food at a good price. I will definitely use this place again next time. The cleanliness and modern decor make you feel like you're at home. Fantastic.

Could have been better equipped. Each gust only got one bath towel. There were no hand towels , bath mats or table matts to protect table . A toaster & hairdryer would have been useful . All minor that would add to comfort regardless of this I would recommend

Mostly good but also some letdowns

Modern construction and furnishing, good beds and quiet surroundings.

Some minor maintenance is needed to the house exteriors. The speed bumps in the area are awful! We couldn't charge the car since we don't have a specific card for the charging stations. There is no grill and the oven is very small. One small soap bar for four bathrooms does not work out. The WiFi was really, really bad.

The location is amazing. All green, silence and a peaceful atmosphere.

Poor cleanness even though we specified that we want to get a very clean vila, firstly because we think that it s normal and secondly due to the fact we are traveling with our child and she is touching everything around. Obviously you don’t get cleaning services during your stay and if you ask for such things, you have to pay 165EUR… why would I pay this amount pr money since we observed the quality of this service once we stepped in. We have asked for a highchair and it was not there in the vila - we payed 10EUR in advance while on Booking.com the price tag was 5EUR. We wanted to use the oven - not any chance. It was miserable. The towels - white, white-gray 🙃 No bath gel and shampoo in the bathroom. We asked whether we get such “services”, but we never got an answer. We wrongly assumed that we will have something we can use. And last but not least - in the living room, there was like a tennis racket with electrical shocks to catch the flies… obviously we didn’t notice it from the very beginning, but our child did… you can imagine what happened 😢 Another positive besides the location was the restaurant - very good food and staff!

Very modern well equipped bungalow! Good value for money. The area around the park is beautiful.

If there is a single thing then it is maybe to have a washing machine in the bungalows. There is enough space, and it would make the bungalow complete.

Costly villa with minimal provisions and cheap campsite vibe

Pretty location surrounded by rural villages, the villa itself was clean and spacious.

Super high-maintenance hosts - no hand/dish/shower soap is provided, you need to remove trash bags and walk 10 minutes to the nearest dump, wash dishes and put them away, remove bed linen and towels, cheap single-ply toilet paper, EV chargers don't work, staff don't know about the facilities or things to do in the area, adding a cot costs money but they don't set it up for you..

Stunning villa which was spotlessly clean on arrival. Good layout, perfect for a family with a lovely decked area and outdoor furniture.

The only issue we had was we were told we couldn’t use the outdoor fire or have a bbq outside, which was disappointing. Especially when we saw others doing this.

Other places would be better

The cottage looks nice for outside, but other cottages are very close to each other and there is no privacy. The surrounding areas were nice, as there was many farms around and green lands around the resort with quite close supermarkets. I like that each room with its bathroom, and the kitchen was fully equipped

The kitchen and living room was smelling very bad because of the garbage smell while it was empty but it was not that clean, we left everything clean and we removed the bedsheets as they requested but we left some thing inside the fridge. They charged us because we left the food, and we didn’t take the bedsheets while we took them off. They didn’t tell us that there will be extra charges if we didn’t throw the garbage and empty the fridge. There was no close big garbage bins near the cottage to throw the garbage

The matrass was too soft. Not enough towels. Television did not work on arrival. No curtain at the front door. No little supermarket available. We had a few flies in the apartment on arrival. No mixer in the kitchen. The frying pan was worn-out/damaged

Great location, charming villas. The area (Oosterhout) is quiet and relaxing, and the entire campus is friendly and well-organized. There is a lot of green areas and the golf field nearby is also very nice

There is no room service, and the maintenance level is generally not that high. We paid extra for air conditioning, but it was one small airco only in the living room

Vilas are close to eachother, you hear neighbours talking so if you are looking for something quiet this could be very busy place in the holiday season. Vilas don't supply shower gel, shampoo, only 3 tabs for dishwasher and two towels per person. There is no doorbell. Gras in the yard should get more care as well as the outside chimney tiles are all fallen off. Road bumps in the area are annoyingly too high.

Very peaceful place right between Breda and Dordrecht

The location is not bad, a bit off from the highway but not too far. It's very peaceful, well designed and well equipped. One can spend the time, whether free or as part of a business trip, in good comfort and peace.

Small things - no washing machine in the house was a minus. The owners could provide a few more garbage bags, dishwasher tablets and also soap for use both at the sink in the kitchenette and the bathrooms.

We really enjoyed the quiet, privacy of our villa and were very comfortable during our stay.

The location was great. We were able to easily take day trips to several key tourist areas while visiting The Netherlands. We did not have breakfast at the property so I cannot speak for its value.

I wish properties like this would supply dish soap and hand soap. We were fortunate to be traveling by car from our home and were able to pack these items with us, but other times we've traveled by planes to similar properties and had to buy brand new hand soaps and dish soaps that we then had to either throw away or leave behind. It all seems very wasteful.

Location is great- however value for money is really poor. House is low quality

nice location!

house wasnt clean and is small for the amount of people. there is a tiny fridge which doesnt fit all the supplies for 8 people for a weekend. Also there are only 2 terrace chairs with couchens although there are 8 chairs. Some of the inside chairs where broken and was a lot of dust in the rooms and molt on the sink.
