Villa BBB

The location is good, not too far from the city center. The property was clean and well-furnished, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were quite cold upon arrival, and even after turning up the radiators, it took several hours for the temperature to reach a comfortable level. The bathroom was unacceptably cold, as there was no heating at all. The villa was also very noisy due to poorly insulated doors and possibly wooden floors without adequate soundproofing between the levels. Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged, making it completely unusable. The shower area had no door, causing water to splash all over the bathroom.
