Lovely big apartment,

large good sized rooms, parking for the motorbikes round the back in a secured parking area

I had to pay i think it was 150 euros as a deposit for damages which could take a week to get back or pay a non refundable fee, think that was 15euros,

Very nice place

Very modern apartment, big and well-equipped with everything. The Coffee Shop downstairs is not a problem. You might see some shady people but overall it’s a calm and quiet environment

Good relaxing place to stay after a great but exhausting theme park for 3 days

Beds were rather nice, location was good not too far from the city. Kitchen was clean, secure parking was great.

Under the beds were bits of rubbish and coffee shop outside so may not be the best to stay for children if you are not used that that sort of thing.

Lovey Breda stay

The apartment was lovely. It was super comfortable and so close to shops etc with a great view . The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. I really loved the detailed information booklet that’s provided so you knew how to work everything, where to find the shops etc.

The only thing I didn’t like was the extra charges such as a non refundable damage fee of 15 euro which was apparently the guests favourite and 10 euro per hour for early check in. This made it feel like it was all about the money.

Fantastic view and facilities!

Iris is a fantastic host! Communication was super easy and friendly via whatsapp. The booklet with the instructions on the appliances and things to do is very well thought! The decor is great, can tell that a lot of thought and care has been put to it! We did everything on foot, it is very close to the center! The supermarket also is walking distance which was very practical! The kichen is fully equipped and the beds are very comfy! The basket with the board games is a such great idea - as avid board gamer think the game selection could use an update. The apartment is facing the water which is very pleasant. There is constant movement and can be noisy - we are not used to it but didnt really impact our night so that was good! We had a wonderful time in Breda and could really relax and enjoy our time because of this choice of the apartment! Will definitely be looking to staying here in the future!

Misschien verwachtte ik te veel omdat ik in de reviews 'brandschoon' zag staan. Dat was het niet. Van mij had er iets beter schoongemaakt mogen worden.

Prima verblijf om de stad te verkennen.

De ruimte is gezellig, de bedden slapen prettig, op loopafstand van het centrum. Goede communicatie met de host.

Een gedeelte van de gordijnen in de woonkamer (slaapkamer) was los van de rails waardoor het niet voldoende verduisterde in de nacht. Laat op de avond/‘s nachts veel herrie op straat.

Al met al een gemengde ervaring

Positief was dat we vooraf uitgebreide informatie kregen via WhatsApp, inclusief een duidelijk boekje met huisregels. Dat was keurig geregeld.

We verbleven hier tijdens Koningsnacht, dus we begrijpen dat het geen rustige nacht zou worden. Helaas viel ons verblijf bij Nora Waterview op een paar punten wat tegen. Inchecken kon volgens de Booking-pagina vanaf 15:00 uur, maar dit bleek in werkelijkheid pas vanaf 16:00 uur te zijn. Bij aankomst draaide er nog een was in de wasmachine, wat niet heel gastvrij aanvoelde. Daarnaast werkte de WiFi niet en kon dit helaas niet snel worden opgelost. Een belangrijk punt om te weten is dat er direct tegenover het appartement een coffeeshop zit. In ons geval zorgde dit ervoor dat er veel jeugd en bezoekers tot laat rondhingen, wat voor extra rumoer zorgde.

Leuk en rustig gelegen appartement

Fijn en rustig gelegen appartement op loopafstand van het centrum. Tegenover coffeeshop maar geen last van. Fijne bedden! Schoon en alles aanwezig voor een heerlijk weekend. Slaapkamers aan de straatkant, je hoort alles voorbij komen. Met oordopjes slapen was prima.

Comfortabel verblijf of loopafstand van centrum

De accommodatie lag iets buiten het centrum (op loopafstand vanaf het centrum). Het was een kwartier lopen van en naar de trein. (Voor ons geen probleem) De keuken was prima compleet , voor zover we daar gebruik van hebben gemaakt.🫣

Het enige echte minpunt is dat er geen apart toilet was. Met 6 personen en maar 1 badkamer was dat wel es lastig.

Heel fijn!

Appartementje had alles wat je nodig had. Volledig functionele keuken en mooie grote ruimte. Zeker een aanrader voor als je graag in Breda centrum zit en niet de drukte wilt. Parking is ook heel handig.

De douche was een beetje aan de krappe kant, maar werkte prima. En het bed was me een beetje hard, maar dit is uiteraard persoonlijke voorkeur.

Fijne accommodatie op relatief korte loopafstand van het centrum

De accommodatie was schoon en praktisch ingericht voor ons (drie vriendinnen). De locatie was perfect, op vrij korte loopafstand van het centrum. En de communicatie met de contactpersonen verliep vlekkeloos.

De bedbank is niet heel comfortabel om op te slapen (de twee tweepersoonsbedden juist wel). Er waren geen toiletartikelen (doucheschuim, shampoo etc.). En het koffieapparaat had wat kuren. Verder alles prima.
