Lovely big apartment,
large good sized rooms, parking for the motorbikes round the back in a secured parking area
I had to pay i think it was 150 euros as a deposit for damages which could take a week to get back or pay a non refundable fee, think that was 15euros,

Very nice place
Very modern apartment, big and well-equipped with everything. The Coffee Shop downstairs is not a problem. You might see some shady people but overall it’s a calm and quiet environment

Good relaxing place to stay after a great but exhausting theme park for 3 days
Beds were rather nice, location was good not too far from the city. Kitchen was clean, secure parking was great.
Under the beds were bits of rubbish and coffee shop outside so may not be the best to stay for children if you are not used that that sort of thing.

Lovey Breda stay
The apartment was lovely. It was super comfortable and so close to shops etc with a great view . The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. I really loved the detailed information booklet that’s provided so you knew how to work everything, where to find the shops etc.
The only thing I didn’t like was the extra charges such as a non refundable damage fee of 15 euro which was apparently the guests favourite and 10 euro per hour for early check in. This made it feel like it was all about the money.

Fantastic view and facilities!
Iris is a fantastic host! Communication was super easy and friendly via whatsapp. The booklet with the instructions on the appliances and things to do is very well thought! The decor is great, can tell that a lot of thought and care has been put to it! We did everything on foot, it is very close to the center! The supermarket also is walking distance which was very practical! The kichen is fully equipped and the beds are very comfy! The basket with the board games is a such great idea - as avid board gamer think the game selection could use an update. The apartment is facing the water which is very pleasant. There is constant movement and can be noisy - we are not used to it but didnt really impact our night so that was good! We had a wonderful time in Breda and could really relax and enjoy our time because of this choice of the apartment! Will definitely be looking to staying here in the future!
