Unika Homes Casa Bella

Loved the little plunge pool on the rooftop to cool down after the summer heat. We enjoyed our stay and it was a great location and easy walking distance into town and restaurants. We didn't really cook but the kitchen was well equipped. Just to warn you clear glass separates bedrooms to their own en-suite bathroom, so my son and his friend had to rota their bathrooms time. Also one room had the toilet in the actual bedroom so not for the bathroom shy. But there is another toilet on the ground floor. 2 rooms only have curtains instead of walls which we were okay with but some may not like.

The design was incredible. All the amenities were top notch. The rooftop pool saved us from the high temperatures in Seville.

Great location, lovely decor, very clean and really useful to have toiletries in the shower and bathrooms

My only complaint would be the glass bathrooms, I feel like a frosted glass could have been used. Also, on the second floor one of the double bedrooms has the toilet in the room itself and the bathroom on the other side. Not only is this a little strange it also makes the door way entry dangerous as you slide the door open and it’s near enough straight on to open stairs. Didn’t affect us but could be a worry if you had children or older people

Decor and design of the property was nice and comfortable. Facilities and location were great. We were a party of 5 so we had great personal space. Beds were comfortable and clean.

The lovely pool much admired in the property reviews was very dirty and not prepared for us. We swim all year around and the property advertised the pool but it was unusable. Kitchen sink had ants and we found a cockroach in the bedroom on the 2nd floor. The facility provided a coffee maker with pods but after 2 days, we had no pods. Like they catered for a party of 2, not 5.
