La ubicación, ya que está en pleno centro.
Está bastante bien equipado.
La encargada Pilar estupenda, aunque no nos recibió en persona, gestionó todo bastante bien por teléfono y nos ayudó cada vez que tuvimos alguna duda, dejándonos entrar a la casa incluso un poco antes.
Muchas escaleras y muy empinadas y peligrosas.
No apta para personas con movilidad reducida o que tengan algún tipo de dificultad para subir y bajar escaleras.
Nos dejamos olvidado un pantalón y, aunque lo comunicamos al día siguiente y la encargada habló con el personal de la limpieza y lavandería, el pantalón no apareció.
La encargada, amablemente, se ofreció a comprarnos otro pantalón, lo cual es un detalle de su impecable gestión.

Muy céntrica, y la dueña muy agradable.
Deberían renovar un poco el mobiliario, está muy deteriorado. Sin embargo los colchones muy buenos y cómodos.
