Muy amplio y comodo. Limpio y muy bien ubicado.
Al ser un edificio completo de 4 plantas necesita si o si un ascensor. Las personas mayores no pudimos acceder a las plantas superiores como terraza y pisos altos como el 3er piso por ej.

Localização excelente.
Tivemos problemas com a energia do apartamento, disjuntor geral estava desligando, ficamos sem luz quase que o tempo inteiro, preso na rua sem acesso ao apartamento devido fechadura eletrônica, tomamos banho gelado, não conseguimos fazer café da manhã, um caos com 4 crianças e uma delas especial, tivemos que antecipar nossa volta para casa, pelo menos devolveram o dinheiro, mas gastamos com a viagem e não aproveitamos.
