Excellent staff. Javier made check in smooth and welcoming. Interior beautiful and immaculate. Roof terrace wonderful and Cava much appreciated.

Apartment was at the same time exquisitely beautiful, elegant and perfectly cozy and functional. When we entered we just walked around in awe for 5 minutes. Beds were big and so comfortable, with 3 types of pillows to choose from. Kitchen was well equipped, bathroom huge with 2 showers. Windows have beautiful wooden blinds. Apartment is literally steps from Cathedral and Alcazar but it's completely quiet during the night, and during the day occasional taxis and horse carriages can be heard (but not disturbingly). Rooftop terrace has great views. Staff is great, attentive and fast to answer any question. On our last day they even asked if we need more time for check-out, offered to store our luggage and organized taxi to train station. We are now completely ruined because no other accomodation will ever be enough after this one.

The fact that I can't permanently live here.

Key Downfalls : 1.) Noise from inside the house , including hearing toilet flushes and constant banging from above 2.) Radiators do not work and albeit letting receptionist know of the issue - nothing was done about it! Neither was we asked if the issue was resolved 3.) They leave entrance double doors wide open every evening which lets in a cold draught into the garden patio room and with no radiators working, this made our stay uncomfortable and cold!
