Buena comunicación con tranvia hasta el centro. La estación estaba justo delante del hotel.
El barrio era muy inseguro y la gente que habia en el tranvia aun aumentaba más esa sensación (vagabundos, borrachos, jovenes con ganas de buscar problemas,...).
