Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at the hotel Castello. Breakfast was good they even provided me glutenfree food. We traveled with a car and they had a private parking were we could park for 7€ a night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Not a 3 Star

Great staff. Very helpful.

The hotel is a basic 2 star not a 3 star. Room was basic. Taxi rides back into Turino every time so was very expensive.

It was quite a disappointment.

Parking on property, friendliness of desk staff. Good hot water in rooms.

There was no elevator and rooms were on different levels with multiple stairs and hallways. There was no heat. The bathrooms were so tiny, a normal adult could not move in and out or use the shower. No restaurant. I had to cancel our stay after one night and was no refunded any money. Quite disappointing. The breakfast room was too crowded and people were not happy.

Close to Juventus Stadium

Excellent location to the Juventus allianz stadium, my main reason I choose it, Walking distance just 20-25 minutes! Reception closes at 22pm but Sarah was nice to call me on what's app and send me details exactly and explained to me what I had to do to reach the hotel room,

The breakfast, very limited, few items, and for someone who doesn't take milk, bread and sugar in the morning was very hard, because I had to eat something, and they only offer these things, Also I don't take cow's milk, no vegetarian option was offered. The second room had the toilet near the shower exactly. I stayed there two times, The second room had a shower curtain instead of a shower cabin, With steam the curtain all the time stick to your body while washing. Reception closes at 22pm!

Quiet stay in Turin

Situated in a quiet, well-connected location, bus stop was just a minute away. Breakfast was nice to have. Very good value for money.

Beds could be comfier. A few of the breakfast dispensers were not working.

Great little stay

The staff were great really friendly and welcoming .rooms were cleaned and new laundry everyday ...Location was good and although a bit out the town there was a bus service with easy access to town..bus tickets available at nearby newsagents..coffee was great in the morning.would use hotel.again if I came back.

Great little hotel that is safe and well presented. Staff were excellent and we got what we expected

Simply a great place to stay for the price point and location. The place was secure. Hotel staff were top notch for service and advice. The facilities met our needs and the place was clean. Breakfast was good, fresh coffee and we felt catered for.

To be honest not much if anything. Maybe it would be expected a better bar experience? But hey, thats not what we stayed for. We needed a room that was safe, well located for transport and connections to airport and city and that met a price point. The hotel itself is an oasis in an area with mixed typical local feel. So the area wont be touristy, but i never expected that. The hotel lived up to it's promises. If i wanted more i'd have paid more and sought a resort!

i would recommend if you stay 1/2 days to go to the stadium, otherwise choose a place closer to the center

the staff was nice and friendly, if you have to go to the stadium the location is great, 10/15m on foot

the room was overall pretty clean and they cleaned it every morning but the towels had a weird smell and the shower is something that need’s to be improved, it’s way too small and the curtain plugs the water and you risk a spill and also the showerhead was not stable

Superb

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is a little bit out of town, but it is close to the Juventus stadium. The beds were not the most comfortable. The cleaner did a great job keeping the place spotless. Very friendly staff.

Whilst helpful, the staff weren’t overly friendly. A mini fridge would’ve been handy in the room, particularly for stays of multiple nights.

The staff that greeted me was fantastic and the breakfast was very nice.

the Night staaf was like hmmm another workday...not so impressiv. The sound from the AC was like my washing machine but worked good.
