Everything was clean, the apartment has everything in terms of furniture, dishes and toiletries. Quiet neighborhood. Only 10-15 mins by subway to the city center. However, if you travel during Italian holidays, there is a high chance for a strike. In this case, taxi is the only option

It is a nightmare to get inside the apartment! They use a digital lock: you need to open a specific web-page / app and hold the phone right above the door handle while opening / closing the door. This did not work for us. We had to spend around 30-40 minutes to get inside in the end of the day when being super exhausted after the flight and the city tour. Same happened the next day while we tried to leave the place and close the door. I had to spent quite a lot of time texting to customer support via WhatsApp and explaining the situation. Only after a few hours, they offered to leave a chip in a locker which works the same way as the phone (you just hold the chip right above the door handle). The chip worked perfectly, it's a mystery why they did not offer this solution from the very beginning. Also it would be handful to add some basic kitchen supplies such as a few tea bags / coffee / salt / oil. People usually don't go to short city trips bringing all these necessities, and the arrival can often be after the stores close.

Il check in online è laborioso e la chiave per accedere viene scaricata sul cellulare, per cui se si scarica non so come si possa accedere. Il nostro monolocale era semi interrato
