Clean and modern room with excellent service

Very clean, quiet and modern room with all the facilities. Room looks same as the photos. We can open our room using our mobile. We arrived the place 2 hours before the Check-in time and they let us go to the room. Customer service is excellent.

There should be more extra toilet paper rolls and extra garbage bag for 3 guests for 2 nights. Especially for a family with small children.

At times it could get very hot and was unable to change the temperature.

Not suitable for 3 people, even they accept booking for 3 but it’s not confortable.

The apartment it’s new and confortable but more suitable for 2 people.

As we booked for 3 people there was a bad sofa bed, when you open it was just wood, and they didn’t have a mattress to put on top, missing towels as well. So not very pleasant for the 3rd guest to sleep.

Proper instruction about the use of key should be mention. How to activate the key and what is the procedure.

Brak czajnika, brak poszewki na kołdrę tylko dwa prześcieradła, brak światła pod prysznicem. Dodatkowo na booking wybierając i po dokonaniu rezerwacji powinnny wyświetlać się zdjęcia zarezerwowanego apartamentu a nie taki jaki jest pokazany na stronie.

Cazare perfectă doar pentru 2 persoane

Foarte Curat, zona liniștită, acces facil deși pentru persoanele care nu sunt familiarizate cu astfel de sisteme ar putea fi utile niște îndrumări mai precise

Canapeaua extensibila nu poate fi folosită pentru a dormi…e o glumă proasta…am platit preț întreg pentru copilul de 8 ani tocmai pentru a putea dormi confortabil toți 3 însă până la urmă am dormit toți în pat care nu este suficient de mare pentru a asigura un somn confortabil

Esperienza eccezionale!

La stanza è dotata di tutti i comfort, curata nei minimi dettagli e perfettamente pulita. La posizione è strategica, immersa in una zona dove si trovano ristoranti di qualità ad un prezzo accessibile e di diverse tradizioni culinarie: dalla raffinata cucina giapponese alla speziata cucina srilankese, passando per una gustosa kebaberia, l’immancabile cucina italiana e persino una pizzeria napoletana autentica, davvero eccellente! Oltre alla varietà gastronomica, la struttura è ben collegata con la metropolitana, che permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti le principali attrazioni della città: il Duomo, la Stazione Centrale, il Bosco Verticale e molte altre mete imperdibili. E poi c’è Amalia, la responsabile della struttura: una persona gentile, accogliente e appassionata del suo lavoro. Abbiamo avuto una piacevolissima conversazione, durante la quale ci ha consigliato con entusiasmo i luoghi più belli da visitare. Un soggiorno davvero impeccabile — spero di avere presto l’occasione di tornare! Non ho pubblicato foto della stanza perché sono esattamente come da prenotazione.

MAI PIÙ IN TRE PERSONE!!!

L'appartamento monolocale in sé è bellissimo e funzionale, ma voglio evidenziare con la mia recensione negativa anzi negativissima quanto segue nelle cose che non mi sono piaciute

Ma qualcuno ha provato il divano letto? Una cosa così terribile non l'ho mai trovata in vita mia, sembrava di dormire sulla nuda terra o forse su un tavolaccio irregolare. Il lenzuolo senza angoli non c'era modo di metterlo bene intorno a quella sorta di letto appoggiato a terra e quindi lo stesso toccava per terra. Il giaciglio pendeva dalla parte della testa e dalla parte dei piedi. MAI TROVATO NULLA DI SIMILE NEPPURE DA GIOVANE NEL PEGGIORE DEI CAMPEGGI. Notte in cui abbiamo dormito proprio perché il corpo a un certo punto crolla. Il letto matrimoniale che abbiamo lasciato al figlio laureando era invece adeguato.

Le canapé lit n était pas confortable pour mon fils de 15ans, il n y avait pas de matelas en l ouvrant. Quelques ustensiles complémentaires comme un tire bouchon serait un plus

L ambiente abbastanza confortevole e pulito.

La TV non andava, Senza antenna. Il Wi fi non andava Abbiamo chiamato il numero per l assistenza ma ci parlavano in inglese e non si capiva nulla e non hanno quindi risolto il problema!! Assurdo che si è in Italia e non parlino in italiano. Pagato servizio quindi che non erano disponibili.

Ide többet nem megyünk.

A szobát senki nem adta át. Több, mint 1 órát vacakoltunk, végül az ottlakók segítségével jutottunk be. Telefonos segítségkérésre valami MI válaszolt. Ez nem apartman, hanem pince: 11 lépcsőfokkal van az udvarszínt alatt. Ennek megfelelően nem szellőzik, a törölközők, a ruháink nem száradtak meg reggelig.
