The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far.

The owner was very unresponsive, the check in "method" was just terrible (go to a local store, the shop keeper there is confused and not sure what to do, feel like you have to haggle for the keys), then get to the apartment to be hit with the strongest smells that cause immediate headaches. Try to call the owner and they do not respond unless they are trying to contact you. They do not answers calls, text, whatsapp messages, emails, or anything. They send me a text, I immediately replied, and never received any reply back. Just a terrible experience in a very sketchy, not-safe feeling part of town. Save you money and skip this
