    I would like to praise two marvellous front-desk receptionists- Mariane and Mateo for their great support and help during my stay. Regarding hotel- new building, good location and quiet place however there’s one thing I don’t understand- what’s wrong with this heating? It’s mid of sept., 25 degrees in the day and they heat the hotel like in the hard winter? It was stuffy in the room.

    Be careful that this hotel will inform you upon check-in that your room is under maintenance and no longer available. The reception will then tell you that they have another sister hotel that is 10 mins drive away, called Joy124, also similar in number of stars and facilities. They do not give you a choice to say yes or no, and shortly you will be whisked away to the other hotel. The other hotel is further away from the train station (10 mins vs 5 mins walk). I have read similar reviews from other customers who have experienced the same thing. My guess is they overbook one hotel and transfer you to the other.
