Lovely little flat with everything you need for a weekend stay. Very close to Speyer city center and the museum, so once you leave your car (at the free parking space right in front of the building, big plus!) you can just walk everywhere. Appfelsaft and water in the fridge was a nice bonus.
I don't know if it's visible from the photos, but I did not notice when booking - there is no solid wall between the room and the toilet/bathoom, just curtains and a glass wall, so you can't really see, but you hear everything. Could make less "domesticated" couples uncomfortable :D

Kurze Wege in die Stadt
Mehr Infos für den Abschluss zum Verlassen der Wohnung. Z. B. wo die Mülltonne steht, da im Keller nur die der anderen Bewohner standen.

Gute Lage, nahe der Fußgängerzone, erste Restaurants sind nach wenigern 100Metern erreichbar. Die kostenlosen Getränke im Kühlschrnk und der kostenlose Kaffee.
Wir haben den letzten Parkplatz an der Unterkunft bekommen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es keine öffentlichen Parrkplätze ... nur Anwohnerparkplätze. Die Glasschiebetür mit weißem Vorhang vor dem Badezimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Sehr zuvorkommende, gut erreichbare und sehr freundliche "Gastgeberin", schönes und sauberes Zimmer, kleine und gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, sehr gute Lage, da man schnell und fußläufig in der Stadt war, unkomplizierter Check in und Check out, Parkplätze vorhanden
Die Glasschiebetür zum Badezimmer war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber zum Glück noch mit einem blickdichten Vorhang versehen. Als frisches Pärchen oder mit nicht ganz so engen Freunden wäre es mir wahrscheinlich etwas unangenehm gewesen. Ansonsten habe ich keinerlei negative Punkte.
