Lovely apartment within walking distance of the NJ light rail and quick access to PATH and Manhattan. Very well stocked with all that was needed - and very thoughtful to come in and find a few water bottles in the fridge. Thank you.
Parking was slightly more challenging than we expected but a lot of it had to do with the confusing city signs. In the end we managed and it was fine.

The property was meticulously maintained and presented in an immaculate condition. Our group of five found the three bedrooms and two bathrooms to be exceptionally comfortable. Conveniently located, the property offers easy access to nearby grocery stores and retail establishments. Furthermore, it is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, and lavatories.

The property is new and has all the amenities you need. The problem is the location.
The location of the property is terrible. It is a long way from the train station to get into Manhattan. Unless you have a car, you need to get ride share transportation to the train station, making it expensive and time consuming. The neighbourhood is not inviting, it gives dangerous vibes. There are no stores close by to get basic supplies, again requiring walking and not feeling safe. The property is advertised as close to Manhattan which is very misleading.
