Host was very helpful/good communication - messaged over the app when our door keypad stopped working, and someone fixed it within the same day. A very short walk to the HBLR (took to Exchange Place where we transferred to the PATH into NY). Apartment was very clean and had modern furnishings.
The only downside is that there’s no tv, but if you are going to the city a lot it isn’t really a problem. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep (only was an issue when we were carrying our luggage up/down the stairs). The neighborhood seemed sketchy at first but nobody bothered us - we even stopped at the ice cream truck!

Excellent appartement, bien équipé, proche de NYC et des transports en commun. Propre et bien décoré !

The location was good. Close to transport and restaurants.
The extra bed/sleep chair was not very comfortable. One was too small and short and the other very hard.

The floor was shiny and clean. The aircon on both rooms were more than sufficient to keep us cool despite the heat outside.
I did not like the 2 plight of stairs which were very steep. I wont recommend it if you have a lot of things to bring up or you have kids or elderly companions. The parking also was not convenient. Though parking was free most of the time the street parking where we were were all full. Almost 80% of the plugs inside the apartment were not working making charging our phones a challenging task. A flat tv would have been good.
