Ben (the host) was very accommodating and informative of New Jersey City and New York…. He gave us lots of good suggestions for food and entertainment… The apartment was convenient to visiting New York and we will definitely be staying there again if we come back to town…. Very nice spot. Close to the airport (Lyft/Uber form P4 Air rail). Easy access to tramline / lightrail. Best view of Manhattan is for Jersey City. First day we took the ferry to Ellis Island and from there to Manhattan. The apartment itself is complete and comfortable. Benjamin is very kind and easy to contact. Had good tips during our stay. You won’t be sorry.

Lockbox and no contact with host is my preference and that was not the case. This is not a "luxury" home. The beds are very low to the ground and uncomfortable. The towels are thin and old. The kitchen has very few plates, bowls, or pans. Had to ask for TP. No dishwasher soap. Rugs were very stained.
