Prime Location Charming 4BR in Downtown MTL

The property was close to everything in downtown mtl. The apartment was spacious and the beds were confortable

It seemed to be a loud neighbourhood to be in, in the early mornings

Convenient location. Big tv. Reasonable seating space. Reasonable sized beds.

Washing machine/dryer are not in the apartment but on a stair landing one floor below. A woman was living from a chair in the stairs next to these washers (even changed into her pyjamas in the stairwell) and appeared to use the machines 24/7. There was an unpleasant odour in the stairs. Apartment itself needs some upkeep - broken windows taped over, extractor fan did not work, some of the plugs and mirror light did not work, furniture tired/stained and very creaky floorboards. We didn’t require 4th bedroom but would have been tight to use. Could have been cleaner on arrival particularly in the bathroom. Missing kitchen items like baking trays and dish towels and, although the host was quick to respond when this was highlighted, it still took over 2 hours for these to be delivered by which point it was very late to eat. There is street noise which was probably emphasised by the broken windows. Street parking very limited and difficult to understand how it works.
