Issues with internet ( tv only works with internet) Poor water pressure

We loved the location. There were so many places to walk to for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also the bus stop was very close. It was a very convenient way for us to go to the airport. We liked the layout of the apt. I would have rated everything excellent but there are a few maintenance things that should be fixed. It would only take 1/2 day to fix everything.

There weren't ANY towel bars in either bathroom so we didn't have anywhere to hang towels after a shower. On the wall, you could see where the previous bars were installed. The ceiling light in the back, right bedroom wasn't working. Plus one of the lamps had a very dim lightbulb. So the bedroom was very dark. The bedroom doesn't have a remote for the TV. Luckily we could use the living room remote. The kitchen chairs were very wobbly. Probably just need a few screws tightened. You need to bring your own washcloths because they don't provide any. The instructions to get in the apt need to be changed. It should read, Enter a 4 digit code and the door will automatically open. Don't push the door open. We entered the code and tried to push the door open like you do when you enter a hotel room. But this doesn't work. If you try to push the door open after the code, it will not open.

Location was 3xcellent, property was clean and well appointed

Furniture in k8tchen was not great, 2 chairs were very wobbly. An additi9nal chair in living room would have been a bonus, towel racks in both bathrooms were broken.

Gate to deck broken, hot tub water smelly, barbecue did not work. Bedroom light did not work, poor window coverings, one of them didnot work.
