Eclipse I Pool & Ocean View At Quinta Falésia

This is a beautiful apartment, great location. Can pick up the hop on hop off bus just outside the apartment and no.1 and 2 bus which brings you into Funchal in 10 mins. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby and a beautiful coastal walk approx 5kms to a fishing village. Our only disappointment was we were not informed that there is major renovations being done on the building when booking. While there was no noise in apartment, you could not lie by the lovely pool due to the level of noise all day 8am to 6pm.

Not being informed about the building work as we were looking forward to some rest days by the pool. However, there is a lido area less than. 10mins walk away where you can hire 2 sunbeds and umbrella for 6 euros. The lighting in the sittingroom is very stark, would really benefit from a lamp. In arrival we informed agents that plug and lamp were broken in the bedroom and nothing was done.

Spacious apartment in a great location a bit outside of the busiest Funchal area. With a large balcony and access to pool overlooking the ocean. The host (team) is easily approachable, very responsive and willing to help.

Arriving with a car is tricky because there is no place to leave the car while you have to fetch the keys from the lock box. We had some issues with the apartment door lock as well, we were struggling with locking and unlocking the doors. Lightning in the living room is very white and bright, it's not pleasant.

Mieszkanie jest duże, jasne z balkonem posiadającym boczny widok na ocean. Na terenie znajduje się basen i leżaki ze słonecznymi parasolami, z których można w cenie apartamentu, skorzystać. Sprzęty kuchenne są nowe. Ważnym elementem jest zmywarka i pralka a także kuchenka indukcyjna i mikrofalowa. Łóżko jest wygodne. Do najbliższego przystanku autobusowego na którym zatrzymuje się Aerobus z lotniska i inne autobusy do centrum, są dosłownie trzy kroki. Do supermarketu bardzo blisko.

Obiekt nie jest wyposażony w klimatyzację, czego ewidentnie brakuje. Za oknem znajduje się kort tenisowy, który jest używany od 9 rano do 20.00 wieczorem. Niestety treningi i gry to nic przyjemnego dla ucha. Umeblowanie obiektu widać, że jest sprzed wielu lat. Na prośbę o dodatkowy papier toaletowy - byliśmy tydzień - wysłano nas do sklepu!!! Nie sprzątano ani nie wymieniano choćby ręczników.

Excelent location , very nice condomenium , very nice pool area, very close to shopping mall ,grocery , restaurants ,bars and bus station Recomend 100%.Madeira is wonderfull
