Forum Ocean View Apartment

The property is situated in an excellent location, close to many shops and restaurants. Short walking distance from an amazing seaside views.

Some equipment are in desperate need of updating, especially shower heads and holders.

Great location close to a grocery store, coastal promenade, and bus stops. Very walkable and about a thirty minute walk to get to the Old Town. There were adequate items in the kitchen for meal prep.

The noise from the street below was very loud. It was especially bad when the windows were open. The decor was dated, sort of glam rock.

The location was great and the space was lovey.

Not a dislike but just a bit of information. If you want peace and quiet, please note that since it is near the mall and on a main road, the road noises when the windows are open during the day is bothersome, but it is a very nice and central location.

Mooi en groot modern in een goede omgeving.

Het was erg warm in het appartement. Warmer dan buiten zelfs. Een modern en goed geïsoleerd appartement, maar doordat er geen airco was maar 3 ventilatoren, kregen we het appartement nooit echt koel. En buiten was het niet eens zo warm maar binnen moesten we echt weinig bewegen alles zo wijd mogelijk open en ventilatie strategisch richten op jezelf om niet te zweten. Daardoor was in het appartement, wat verder alles had, blijven niet echt uitnodigend. En doordat alle ramen ook wijd openmoesten hoorde je alle geluid van de hele drukke straat bij het appartement. Het is weliswaar op de 5de verdieping, maar je kon continu door het verkeer luid horen. Hierdoor heb ik niet goed geslapen. Ik heb oordoppen gekocht en dat maakte het wat dragelijker maar de combi van hitte in de nacht en erg veel geluid is niet echt rustgevend. Een airco is geen overbodige luxe denk ik hier.
