About this apartment rental
At the 4th floor (with two lifts), this 125m2 apartment is just perfect for 1 or 2 couples, a group of friends or a family with kids. It´s constituted by one bedroom with 2 single long beds (92 x 200cm), a second bedroom with a queen size bed (180 x 200cm), two complete bathrooms, one living room with dinner table for six, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and kitchenware) and a small laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer).
All linens and towels are supplied.
It features free WiFi and two private parking spaces.
Air-conditioning and heating system available throughout the apartment.
The outside area has around 50m2 and is equipped with one sofa and coffee table, two sun beds, sun umbrella and a small table with two chairs. We also put some natural plants because we believe that is important to be always in contact with nature.
Funchal City Council has implemented a tourist tax, effective October 1st, 2024.The amount to be charged is €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt.
-Information for SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) should be sent when requested.
-Each set of lost keys will incur a fee of 50€. In the event that the garage door opener is also lost, an additional charge of 60€ will be applied.
Upon check-in, if you notice any broken or damaged appliances or facilities, please promptly notify us, including a photo if possible.
-People who are not part of the reservation are not allowed in the house without the permission of the host.
-Keep the apartment clean and tidy and take good care of the furniture and equipment.
-Please switch off the lights when not in use.
-Please leave your shoes at the door, especially after a hike in the mountains.
-Before check-out all rubbish should be deposited in the respective bins, Floor -2
