The property is clean. They have the things that we needed for cooking. Tram rail is right in front of the gate, you just need to walk 2-3 mins going to the station.
The shower head is need to replace. We can’t shower properly because of it‘s pressure eventhough we set on minimum it is still strong. The transition from cold water to hot water is ok, but hot to warm to cold is fast. It‘s either you need to shower with hot or cold water.

O primeiro acesso ao apartamento…. Fizemos o procedimento indicado, mas não conseguimos entrar; por sorte moradores intercederam. O chuveiro precisa de ajuste; outros problemas surgiram, mas foram solucionados prontamente.

The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities that we required for our trip. The best thing was that the apartment manager and his staff were so helpful and accommodating especially as we arrived well after normal check in times. Supermarket too was also literally round the corner and so very convenient.
