The Angelina Suite - Champs Elysées

Beautiful place and great location

The elevator was not working, and I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. It weighs almost twice as much as I do! I then had to carry it back down as well. If I had known there was no working elevator, I would have chosen a different place. There was also absolutely no space in the apartment to store my suitcase. The wardrobe was far too small, so I had to leave half of my belongings in my suitcase right by the entrance. Every time I wanted to leave the apartment, I had to literally step over the suitcase. The staff was also kind of rude. When I contacted them for information about check-in and parking, they did not respond until the actual check-in time, even though I kept messaging them. I eventually called, and they simply told me to read the instructions on the website. There were no instructions there, and I had to repeatedly ask them to send the information to me again. Overall, communicating with the staff was unpleasant and the whole experience was very frustrating.

Localização excelente, com saída directa para os Champs Élysées e a menos de 1km do Arco do Trinfo; cama muito grande e confortável; espaço decorado com muito brio e muito bom gosto, cria toda uma envolvência amorosa e agradável. Deixaram-nos fazer o check in antecipado umas 4-5 horas antes, o que nos permitiu conseguir aproveitar bastante o dia de chegada

O corredor do prédio tem uma alcatifa com um aspecto velho e descuidado, tem algumas manchas. Mas pelo menos não cheira mal. O apartamento fica dentro de umas galerias e o prédio tem muitos escritórios e consultórios, pelo que durante o dia há alguma movimentação de pessoas por lá

Muito bonito e limpo

The venue was impressive, very clean and tidy. Has a real "wow" when you enter from outside. The bed was great and felt like a nice place to be. Location is perfect and access was easy.

There was a tapping noise on the pipes that didn't stop and my wife didn't sleep at all. We left after the first night and checked into another hotel.
