Great for a short stay ahead of a flight
Stayed 1 night ahead of an early morning flight from LBA. Great location (2 minute walk from Horseforth Train station) and good value for money. Property has everything you need for a short stay
Would not recommend for stays longer than a couple of days. Does the job for 1-2 nights

Quiet Stay with a Few Downsides
I liked the option of having space for three people. There is a private parking spot - very convenient. There were some nice little touches after a long trip - we had a snack (porridge).
We had to change the bed sheets ourselves – there were hairs, as if the linen hadn’t been changed. Good thing there was spare linen in the same container in the room. I still hit my head twice, no matter how careful we tried to be. The room is for three people, but there isn’t enough tableware. There are no sponges to wash the dishes. The bathroom is incredibly cold. A bit overpriced for such conditions.

I wouldn't recommend this place
Breakfast was 2 small cereal boxes, and opened carton of milk past its expiry date, no tea or coffee.
The heater was inaccessible and off so we were very cold and, the bedding was of a poor quality, the mattresses were uncomfortable and only small towels available.

Excellent location for visiting nearby family. Breakfast and tea/coffee unexpected but appreciated. Plenty of towels.
Multiple flights of stairs could be an issue for those with mobility issues. Attic low sloping ceilings - not an issue for short people like me. Bathroom a little cramped.
