Stayed 1 night ahead of an early morning flight from LBA. Great location (2 minute walk from Horseforth Train station) and good value for money. Property has everything you need for a short stay
Would not recommend for stays longer than a couple of days. Does the job for 1-2 nights

Found a lighter under the pillow! Main door to building did not lock so poor maintenance. Should the flat door be a fire door rather than an internal door? Air traffic noisy.
