Certamente la posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia di S'Aena Scoada e comoda per visitare la costa del Sinis e l'entroterra centro occidentale. Le camere e il soggiorno spaziosi per accogliere due adulti e due bambini. Volendo c'era una ulteriore stanza singola che non è stata mai utilizzata. Il patio esterno per poter pranzare fuori e lo scoperto sul retro per poter parcheggiare all'interno della proprietà.
Premetto che la casa è funzionale e dotata di buoni spazi di camere e soggiorno. La cucina e il bagno invece sono un po' piccoli rispetto alle esigenze di quattro persone e andrebbero rinnovati negli arredi e complementi. Sarebbe anche da prevedere un piccolo box aerato o un pannello per mascherare e ombreggiare le bombole di gas a servizio della cucina per evitare che ci batta il sole direttamente. Dietro la casa c'è campagna per cui abbiamo avuto qualche problema di ingresso di formiche, ma dato il contesto non ci abbiamo dato troppo peso.
